韦纳B：伯纳德·韦纳（Bernard weiner 1935——），美国著名心理学家、归因动机理论的奠基人。1963年获密西根大学博士学位，1965年至今任洛杉矶加州大学教授，1990年获得美国心理学会卓越研究贡献奖。曾发表论著10余部，学术论文150余篇。其代表作为：《动机与情绪的归因理论》(1985)，《人类动机：隐喻、理论和研究》(1992)和《责任的推断：社会行为的理论基础》(1995)。主要研究领域为动机、情绪和归因理论。此文是他有关动机归因理论研究新成果的集中体现，并试图将个人自我归因和他人归因整合到一起，构建其更为概括并具有普遍意义的动机归因理论，从而使其理论上升到一个新的台阶
