Calling与使命:中西文化中的心理学界定与发展
The Conceptualization and Development of Calling in Chinese and Western Culture

摘要: Calling成为近年来西方职业心理学关注的新焦点。Calling概念起源于新教改革,经历了从宗教性到世俗性的转变过程。对calling的中文翻译为“使命”,使命在中国的概念演化过程与calling相似,内涵相近,但也存在中西文化差异。使命为职业心理学提供了新的切入点,它有助于个体的职业生涯发展、生活满意度和人生意义感等方面,具有很大的理论和应用价值。国内相关研究可从概念界定方面入手,进一步综合运用多种方法考察使命感的作用,并可将职业使命感与一般使命感分别进行研究。
