(罗马尼亚)D·契托兰：杜米特鲁·契托兰(Dumitru Chitoran)博士1965~1967年任美国密歇根州立大学访问学者; 1967年起, 任罗马尼亚布加勒斯特大学英语语言学教授; 1969~1977年，任布加勒斯特大学德语系主任，1977~ 1983年，任布加勒斯特大学副校长，1983年起，任联合国教科文组织，欧洲高等教育中心(CEPES)规划专家和《欧洲高等教育》杂志主编。在英语语言学以及普通和应用语言学方面，撰写过若干专论和专著; 为许多高等教育研究杂志撰写过专论
