The Embodiment of Self-concept:Concept and Experiment

  • 摘要: 自我概念具身性有着深刻的理论基础和实证依据,詹姆斯、罗杰斯的自我理论、奥尔波特的身体自我理论,都蕴含着自我概念具身性的思想。依据这一观点,自我概念包含着个体大脑在内的整个身体及其活动方式。身体的结构、活动图示及感觉-运动经验都决定了我们自我概念的形成和变化。自我概念相关的行为研究为自我概念的具身性提供了有力证据,作为一种新兴的观点,自我概念具身观克服了传统自我概念离身性的缺陷,强调了个体身体结构及身体活动在自我概念中的重要作用,为自我概念的研究开辟了一个新的视角。
