The Concept, Measurement, Influencing Factors and Effects of Psychological Capital

  • 摘要: 心理资本是指个体在成长和发展过程中表现出来的一种积极心理状态, 开展心理资本研究对于提升个人与组织竞争优势具有重要的价值和意义。近十年来, 研究者们围绕心理资本的概念与理论、结构与测量、影响因素、影响效应及干预培养等方面展开了大量研究, 取得了许多有价值的研究成果, 但也存在一些问题。未来研究的重点包括制定不同人群心理资本的纳入标准、探索前因变量与后果变量的整合机制、加强纵向追踪与干预研究、开展青少年与特殊群体研究, 以及本土化和跨文化研究等。
