摘要: 教师专业教育在美国的兴起,肇始于学校教育与社会发展对教师职业提供的服务质量的要求,具体表现为遵循大学专业教育的发展逻辑——以相应的组织形式发展专业所需的专门知识并与专业实践建立关联——逐步确立其在大学系统中的专业教育地位。在这一发展历程中,教师教育机构及其专业知识系统的变革居于核心位置,教师专业组织也发挥了重要的作用。不过,当1980年代政府开始主导改革后,美国教师专业教育不得不面临一系列的发展困境。1) Flexner A.
