敏感期的神经可塑性机制研究

摘要: 敏感期是指大脑的结构或者功能容易受到特定刺激影响的阶段。敏感期的可塑性机制有轴突的精化、突触的形成与消除、突触的巩固三种。敏感期的启动要达到三个条件:(1)必须提供精确可靠的信息。(2)神经回路必须有适当的兴奋与抑制连接。(3)必须激活神经回路的可塑性机制。敏感期的结束机制也与可塑性的机制有关。1) Michel, G.F., &Tayler, A.M.(2005)Critical period:A history of the transition from questions of when, to what, to how.
