    作者简介:

    [美] A·W·库姆斯:库姆斯(Arthur W.Combs)博士,美国人本主义心理学家。历任叙拉古大学心理学教授,佛罗里达大学的教育学教授、基础部部长和人本主义教育中心主任等职。今在科罗拉多州格里利开设私人咨询劳务所,给全美大中小学和企业提供服务。哔氏为美国心理学会所属的临床心理学、学校心理学和教育心理学诸分会特别委员,曾任纽约市心理学会会长和佛罗里达州学校心理学家协会主席, 并因对当代教育作出杰出贡献面荣获杜威奖。库氏像场理论家那样, 特别强调知觉的作用。他认为:“人的一切行为是行为发生那一时刻的知觉场的直接作用。”教师首先要努力从学生的观点理解任何学习情境,以便帮助他们改变自己的知觉和信念,去接受当前的学习。他坚持教师应是学生的促进者、鼓励者、辅助者、合作者和朋友库氏著述不少, 名著如《知觉心理学(Perceptual Psychology)》, 《助人专业的基本概念(Basic Concepts for the Helping Professions)》, 《从个人的角度探讨教学(A Personal Approach to Teaching)》等书已译成四班牙文、丹麦文、德文、日文葡萄牙文、朝鲜文等多种文字
