  • 摘要: 在总结现有的典型研究成果的基础上,把20世纪西方教育管理理论的发展依次分为古典教育组织理论一效率为本模式、人本主义教育管理理论一人本模式、教育管理科学理论一理性为本模式以及后现代教育管理理论一多元整合模式等,然后分别对这些理论及其模式的历史演变、基本观点和基本特性进行介绍和分析,并对四种理论和模式的内在联系进行探讨,还就如何借鉴这些理论和模式提出作者的看法。
