摘要

摘要: 就在“人类行为决定于人格和情境两大因素交互作用”这一观点逐渐成为心理学界之共识时, 人格心理学家却还在为证明利他行为中人格因素的存在而长期不懈地搜寻着相关佐证。直到近年, 利他人格这一概念才逐渐得到研究者的认可, 并确立了其在利他行为研究中应有的地位。本文梳理了人格研究者从反驳人们对利他人格存在的质疑, 到发现利他人格, 再到对其内在结构探索的发展线索, 列举了利他人格领域新近的研究成果, 指出了该研究领域尚存的问题, 并对利他人格今后的研究进行了展望。
