The Undergraduate Instruction: Theory and Experience, Idea and Evidence

  • 摘要: 针对时下有关本科教学的诸多热点议题,本文基于历史考察与现实审视的角度,获得如下有关结论:大学教与学固然需要理论研究,但更需要教师的自主性与智慧性的实践探索与个体经验积累;以学习者为中心的教学,是一种迫于情势的理念倡导,而不是一种与传统决裂的教学模式或范式。相关证据表明,有效性教学的探索依旧离不开教师的主导与组织,没有教师主导的日常教学会走向无序与低效;以学习者为中心的教学探索,受制于一定的客观资源条件,更需要共同体性质的制度环境与文化支撑。
