Creativity Competence: Part III of the 5Cs Framework for Twenty-first Century Key Competences

摘要: 创新是人类文明进步与社会发展的根本动力,它普遍被认为是21世纪人才发展的关键特征,因此,培养中小学生的创新素养刻不容缓。一个具有创新素养的个体,能够利用相关信息和资源,产生新颖且有价值的观点、方案、产品等成果。创新素养包括创新人格、创新思维和创新实践三个要素。创新人格侧重于情意因素;创新思维侧重于内在的思维过程和方法;创新实践侧重于外显的行为投入,它是创新素养落地的重要抓手。本研究通过将创新素养解构为上述三个方面并分别阐述内涵,通过举例来描述创新素养的行为表现,进而对如何培养中小学生的创新素养提供可行性建议。

Abstract: Creativity is the fundamental power of human civilization progress and social development. Creativity is generally regarded as a kind of key competence of people in the 21st century. It is urgent to cultivate the creativity of primary and secondary students. An individual with creativity can use relevant information and resources to produce novel and valuable ideas, programs, products and other results. This competence includes three elements: creative personality, creative thinking and creative task engagement. Creative personality focuses on emotion and willpower; creative thinking focuses on internal thinking processes and methods; creative task engagement focuses on explicit behavior input, which is important for the cultivation of creativity. This study deconstructs creativity and elaboratesits connotation. And it also gives some examples of the behavior of creativity and provides some specific guidance on how to cultivate the creativity of primary and secondary students. -

要素 描述 行为举例 创新人格 具有好奇心、开放心态、勇于挑战和冒险、独立自信等特质。 (1)好奇:有很强的好奇心和旺盛的求知欲,对事物运行机制有浓厚的认识兴趣;
(2)开放:具有开放心态,愿意接纳新生事物,不断拓展视野;
(3)冒险:敢于冒险,能容忍不确定性;
(4)挑战:勇于挑战,坚持不懈,面对批评、挫折有韧性;
(5)独立:对事情有自己的观点,具有较强的自主性、独立性;
(6)自信:对自身的创造性有信心,进取心强;
(7)内驱:在活动中受内在动机的驱动。创新思维 通常包括对开展创新活动有帮助的发散思维、辐合思维、重组思维等。 (1)能够沿着不同的方向进行发散性思考,从多个角度寻求解决问题的途径;
(2)能根据一定的目的,将多种思路和各种信息梳理聚焦,进行系统分析与推理,以求得有效的解决方案;
(3)能根据需要,把已有的几种事物(或者其部分)进行重组整合,生成新的、具有更优功能效果的新事物。创新实践 参与并投入旨在产生新颖且有价值的成果的实践活动。 (1)从多个角度对目标进行澄清和分解,或者对问题进行识别和表征;
(2)围绕目标或问题,能搜集不同来源的信息或资源;
(3)付诸行动,通过引入新的思路和方法,或者对已有解决方案进行重组,以产生创意或解决问题;
(4)选择特定主题,开展创新实践活动,形成作品等各种形式的成果。 -
