How Evidence-Based Reform Could Advance Education

摘要: 本文提出了“证据驱动的教育改革”的基本概念和基本原理,比较了证据驱动的教育改革在中国、美国、英国的发展状况,指出了证据驱动的改革可以帮助各国学习如何让证据在教育决策中发挥更加重要的作用,并提出了促进全球证据驱动的教育改革发展的建议,可供各国学者参考。Abstract: This article presents a definition and rationale for evidence-based reform in education, and contrasts the development of educational research in the U.S., U.K. and China, world leaders in evidence-based reform. Building the understanding of current evidence-based policies should help all countries learn how evidence can play a greater role in education policy. The article suggests ways in which scholars might improve the worldwide quality of evidence-based reform in education.
